Modeling Scam Alert - Entertainment Scammers

If you’ve been reading my blog, or logging into the Star Search Casting ( www.StarSearchCasting.com ) website each day, then you’ve learned lots of ways to determine if you’ve been contacted by a scammer. Our users are becoming extremely cautious and diligent and we’ve gotten lots of emails from members who avoided scams thanks to all of the information that’s been provided on SSC.

Star Search Casting has become a leader when it comes to using cutting-edge technology to help singers, actors, dancers and models land dream jobs in the entertainment industry. But we’re also a leader when it comes to using technology to keep our members safe while using resources and tools on the Internet. While we’ve shared lots of information with you on how you can use your own investigative skills to avoid entertainment scams, we’ve also been using our technological expertise to uncover potential scams. One way we do that is by looking up potential scammers IP Addresses to determine if they are legitimate. An IP address (Internet Protocol address) is a unique address that computers use in order to identify and communicate with each other.

Here’s a recent message that we came across:

"Hi there am into a particular show in Texas and i was wandering if you might be interested flight and accommodation expenses are funded more information do contact Melvin Terrence

Fashion and Style

tfashionstyle@aol.com"

Mr. Terrence claimed that he was based in Westland, Michigan. But upon further investigation, we discovered that his IP address (77.220.4.118) is in Nairobi, Kenya. That was a key detail that tipped us off to his scam. If you’re contacted by Mr. Terrence, BEWARE!

In the upcoming months we will continue to be diligent when it comes to uncovering potential modeling scams and keeping our members safe from scammers and harmful activity on the Internet. Be sure to log in to www.StarSearchCasting.com and review the Scam Alert each day for the latest information on Internet scams targeting singers, dancers, actors and models.

The Truth About Typecasting

Once your acting career is underway, there’s a possibility that you may be typecast. Typecasting refers to actors being hired repeatedly based on a role they’ve played in the past, or a particular personality or physical trait.

Amanda Bynes, who you’ve probably seen in What I Like About You, What a Girl Wants, and most recently Sydney White, has made a career based on her girl-next-door looks and wholesome quality. Most of her roles, although there have been dozens, have been quite similar. And although she’s been typecast for the majority of her career, she’s amassed an enormous fan-base and had a very lucrative career as an actress.

There are many pros and cons to being typecast. One of the pros is that it can mean steady work. If you’re a convincing suburban mom, girl next door, or even rebellious teenager, those are common roles and there are a lot of opportunities available to you if you’d like to make that your niche, and continue to play similar roles for much of your career. This can be ideal, as many actors often worry about being out of work, and typecast actors have a great chance of working fairly consistently.

However, there are some cons that accompany being typecast. One of the cons is that because your options for roles may be limited, you may get bored with the work. Another con is that directors may be reluctant to give you the opportunity to play more challenging, diverse roles that could lead to more recognition and awards.

If you’re considering how to market yourself as an actor, typecasting is definitely something to think about. If you think you can make a successful career using typecasting to your advantage, then review our audition notices at http://www.EliteCastigNetwork.com for roles you’d be perfect for. If you think you’d like your career to reflect more diverse roles and opportunities, then try auditioning for a variety of opportunities so that your resume showcases your versatility, and range of skills and talent.

How To Showcase Yourself

Pursuing a career in the music industry means finding unique and creative ways to get the attention of music industry executives, and other industry professionals that can help to guide you towards a record deal. If you’re a singer, or a member of a band and it’s your dream to land a lucrative record deal, then ask yourself, “What am I doing to break into the industry?”

One way that many solo artists and bands are getting the attention of music industry executives is by producing, recording and distributing their own material. Solo artists and bands that have developed their image, written great material and have developed a fan base are very attractive to record labels. While executives will still want to help you groom your talent, the success you’ve achieved on your own let’s them know that you’ve got amazing potential, you’re hardworking and that you have a great chance at excelling in the industry.

Unfortunately it can be quite costly to produce and distribute an entire album. But don’t let that get you down. If you want to take your talent to the next level, but you don’t have the funds to produce an entire album, try producing a single.

A band that I met recently wrote, produced and recorded their first single. They then had it professionally dubbed and packaged. Once that was completed, they then sent their single out to hundreds of radio stations, club DJs, and A&R executives at major and independent labels, along with their press kit, and an invitation to their live show.

On the day of their show, the venue was filled with family, friends and fans as well as several key players in the music business. Not only did they have a successful show, but they also lined up meetings with several A&R scouts and their song is now being played on several college radio stations. It looks like they are well on their way to a record deal, and they couldn’t be more thrilled!

Are you a solo artist or band looking for opportunities in the music business? Be sure to log on to www.StarSearchCasting.com to review the casting notices. We’ve got lots of auditions for aspiring singers and musicians. Let us help you put your talent on the map!

How To Seize Every Opportunity

In my experience, I’ve met a lot of people in the business. Many of their experiences are very inspiring and informative, and I often share their stories with others as valuable lessons about the entertainment industry.

One of my friends has been pursuing a career as an actor for years. He’s landed roles in television, film and on stage. And even though he’s very talented and has had lots of great opportunities, sometimes he goes for months without booking a role. And that can be pretty hard on his wallet. But he manages to keep his spirits up by continuing to work hard, and explore all of the opportunities that come his way.

Recently while networking at a party, he met some agents from a prominent voiceover agency in Los Angeles. While voice acting wasn’t something he’d done before, he was very interested in learning more about it. He managed to get a meeting with the agency, and within a couple of weeks he’d been signed to the agency and auditioned for and booked his first voiceover job – a Sprint commercial!

While my friend’s ultimate goal is to be an icon on the silver screen, making millions of dollars per picture, and being featured on the cover of every major magazines, it takes time to amass that type of fame. So until then, he makes a habit of exploring all possible paths to stardom, and taking advantage of any opportunity that comes his way. It’s a philosophy that has worked for him, and I’m sure it will work for you too.

We have tons of opportunities listed on our website for you to explore. Visit Star Search Casting ( www.StarSearchCasting.com ) today and find out what types of opportunities await you. Good luck!

Do You Have What It Takes To Be A Singer?

Have you ever watched American Idol and seen how many people truly think they have talent, but in reality, their dreams of becoming a chart-topping singer are probably not going to come true? How embarrassing!

There are lots of ways to find out if you’re really cut out to be a singer, without having to endure the criticism of reality show judges or record industry executives. It’s a competitive industry so you really want to make sure that you can hold your own against the thousands of singers who, like you, are determined to find their place in the music business.

As cheesy as it sounds, karaoke is a great way to test your chops. It’s a great opportunity to practice your skills as well as get feedback from an audience. Sometimes while our friends and family may enjoy our singing, the rest of the world may not be as impressed. Karaoke is a great way to find out if you have mainstream, wide appeal. And if you do then it’s a great indication that you probably have a shot at impressing record industry professionals.

Voice lessons are also another great way to get feedback from a trained ear, and determine what kind of potential you have. A great voice teacher can not only tell you if you have the talent, but he or she can also help you utilize it more effectively. Did you know that many Grammy award winning singers have had voice lessons? Even after they were signed and recording music? Voice teachers can help you develop the talent you already have and make you an even better singer. And every singer should always be looking for ways to improve their singing voice.

Once the verdict’s in and you’re ready to take the industry by storm, it’s time to check out some of the singing auditions & opportunities we have on Star Search Casting, Inc. ( www.StarSearchCasting.com ) for aspiring singers. Visit us online today!

Entertainment Scams, Cons, & Frauds

Many scammers claim to be agents in order to lure potential victims. Because they know that many aspiring actors, singers, dancers and models are eager for representation, they know that it’s likely to work. Here’s an example of a message that’s been sent by a scammer, pretending to be an agent:

"Hello,

I just went through your profile it was cool. We are in search of models from your nationality which will participate in a 5days photo shoot that will be held in the UK.

If you are interested please contact Pedro Soto agency for more information

Email pedro_soto_agency@yahoo.com

TEL +447045766866 "

If you receive a message from someone claiming to be an agent, there are several questions you should ask:

  1. Do you have a website?
  2. How long have you been in business?
  3. Do you have client references?
  4. How many people do you represent?
  5. What types of jobs have you booked for actors, singers, dancers or actors through your agency?
  6. Are you registered with the Better Business Bureau or any other consumer protection agencies?

An agency that’s legitimate, and really interested in working with you will be accommodating and work to gain your trust. If the agency is not willing to answer the above questions, then it’s not the agency for you.

When you find an agent, it’s important that they are reputable, responsible and trustworthy. They will be responsible for developing your career, helping you decide what jobs are best for you and negotiating the financial aspects of your career. You want to feel comfortable placing all of that responsibility in their hands.

Are You Ready For Your Closeup? Makeup Tips For Aspiring Models

There’s no denying that modeling is one of the most glamorous careers in the entertainment industry. But as you’re making your way up the ladder of success, it’s important that you remember that every step of the way won’t be glamour and glitz. Before you’re jet setting to the fashion capitals of the world, and meeting celebrities and famous photographers you’ll have to pay your dues just like everyone else in the industry.

Did you know that for many of the gigs that you’ll get as an aspiring model, you may be required to do your own makeup? Well, it’s a fact. Therefore it’s important that you learn how to apply makeup like a pro, a skill that’s important not just for models, but for singers, actors and dancers as well. Roshumba Williams, a professional model, has been featured in Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan and Sports Illustrated. Here are a few professional tips from her on expertly applying makeup:

  1. Start by placing small dots of foundation on your forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. Use a cosmetic sponge to blend.
  2. Use concealer only where it’s needed. Dot it on and then pat it with your ring finger to blend.
  3. Dip a fluffy powder brush into loose powder, tap off any excess, and then dust it over your face.
  4. Using an eye shadow brush, sweep powder eye shadow from your lash line to your brown and then blend.
  5. Before applying mascara, be sure to wipe the excess from the wand with a tissue. Then holding the wand horizontally, sweep through your lashes. Reapply to the top of your lashes only.
  6. Using your brow brush, brush your eyebrows up and slightly out.
  7. Dip your blush brush in the blush and tap off any excess. Place the brush on the apple of your cheek, and stroke back toward your ear. Most of the color should be on your cheek. If you make a mistake, use your powder brush to “buff” it out.
  8. Slick on lip gloss with your finger. For lipstick, dip your lip brush in the lipstick. Outline your lips with the brush, starting from the center and working out toward the edges. Fill in the bottom lip and then press (don’t rub) your lips together.
  9. Use a small brush to sweep a darker, coordinating color in the crease of your eye.
  10. Dip an eyeliner brush in a dark shadow (black, navy or gray) and dot a line along the upper - and if you want - the lower lash lines. For an even more dramatic look, use an eye pencil to line around your inner lash line.
  11. For less mistake-prone contouring, sweep translucent powder under your cheek bones to highlight bone structure.

Ready dazzle the industry with your new knowledge of makeup application? Visit Star Search Casting (www.StarSearchCasting.com) today for opportunities in modeling and acting, singing and dancing as well!

Want To Break Into The Modeling Industry? Explore The Ins & Outs Of Hobby Modeling

Modeling is a huge industry, therefore there are dozens of sub-categories, and various types of modeling that you can pursue. Runway, editorial, fitness, trade show and hobby modeling are just a handful of the opportunities available to aspiring models.

If you have dreams of becoming a model then you’re probably wondering what’s the best way to go about breaking into the industry. Hobby modeling, one of the many types of modeling, is how many models get their start.

While you may not have heard the term, you’ve probably seen an example of hobby modeling. Have you ever seen teens posing in the windows of stores in the mall? That’s an example of hobby modeling. Hobby modeling is defined as modeling for experience. It’s a great way to start getting exposure, however you’re often not paid. Just as a successful business executive usually gets an internship before he or she gets their first real job, hobby modeling is a great opportunity for getting your feet wet in the fashion industry, and gaining the necessary experience to later land a professional modeling job.

Hobby modeling is a wonderful way to discover: 1) if really want to pursue modeling as a career; 2) if you have the patience and temperament required for the job; and 3) what kind of modeling you’re suited for.

The great thing about hobby modeling is that it can be done in any region of the country. Talk to people at your local mall or hair salons about upcoming fashion shows and hair shows that you may be able to participate in. Churches or civic organizations often have fashion shows for fundraisers that are also great opportunities to take advantage of.

Elite Casting Network, Inc. ( http://www.EliteCastingNetwork.com ) is a great resource for all kinds of modeling opportunities. Check out our casting notices to find out what’s available in your region today!

Scammers Use Major Brands To Lure Singers, Actors, Dancers & Models

Internet scams are still on the rise and scammers are using all kinds of tricks to lure potential victims. Because scammers know that many people are growing more cautious about responding to emails from companies that they are unfamiliar with, or don’t recognize, scammers are now making use of major brands to target singers, actors, dancers and especially models. Scammers will use brands like Target, Nike or The Gap to gain your trust as well as play on your excitement to book a lucrative job from a major company or agency.

One scammer is using Mary Kay, a well-known cosmetics company to lure new targets. Here’s an example of an email that he’s been sending:

"Hello,

I have a two (2) years multimillion advertising contract for you with Mary Kay in London. Contact me if you are interested.

Email: toddsweeney99@yahoo.co.uk

Phone: +447031943352

Regards,

Sweeney Todd.

MD, TODD MODEL AGENCY INC.

LONDON, UK"

Remember, if you get an email like this one, be sure to research the company it’s coming from online. If you don’t find a company website, or any mention of the company, post the information in our online forums and ask if anyone is familiar with the agency. It can be a headache to research everyone that contacts you, but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

5 Ways Live Theater Can Help You Become A Better Actor

You will find that there are a number of opportunities on Elite Casting Network ( www.EliteCastingNetwork.com). But often, many actors who have dreams of one day seeing themselves on television or in film only focus on those opportunities, completely passing over live theater or other casting notices.

It’s important not to limit yourself when you’re first starting out and go after every opportunity that’s available for you. And if you’re an actor, live theater is one of the greatest ways to help you become a better actor and further your career. There are several reasons why:

  • Live theater offers instant audience feedback. There’s no better way to judge the effectiveness of your performance than by immediate laughter, tears, gasps or applause.
  • If you make a mistake on stage, no one is going to yell “Cut!” and allow you to take it from the top. Live theater forces you to nail your performances, as well as become a master of recovery and improvisation in the moments when you do make errors.
  • Live theater performances often run several days a week, for a number of weeks. Multiple performances are a great opportunity to hone your craft, experiment with different techniques, and learn what it feels like to truly master a role.
  • Training is essential to becoming a great actor, however many actors credit working with other talented performers as a great way to learn important lessons about the craft. Live theater allows you to learn from other more experienced performers over a long period of time.
  • Agents and managers often go to plays to scout talent. I was just at a play last weekend and while in the lobby after the show, an agent approached the lead of the play and expressed an interest in representing him.

So you see, live theater can help you master your craft, AND open a lot of doors. Check out the casting calls for live theater on our website. I know you’ll grow to love live theater and see the benefits of performing on stage in no time!

Learning From Your Mistakes

I was talking to a Star Search Casting ( www.StarSearchCasting.com) member not long ago and she was telling me about her first vocal audition. She’s a pretty good actress already, but she decided to try her hand at musical theatre upon encouragement from a friend. She picked an audition song and she practiced until she felt comfortable with the material. But on the day of her audition, she completely froze. “It was so weird,” she said. “I’ve had lots of auditions before, but during my first vocal audition, I suddenly felt completely out of my element and my nerves got the best of me.”

While she was able to get through the audition, it wasn’t her best performance. “I had a lot of trouble with the notes, and the arrangement. I wished I had picked a simpler song because many of the areas of difficulty became even harder to nail because I was so nervous. My voice began to crack, I forgot the words, and what should have been just 16 short bars, became the longest audition of my life.”

Needless to say she was very disappointed and she didn’t get the role. But that hasn’t stopped her from trying. It was a learning experience and she’s excited for her next vocal audition. I asked her, based on her experience, what advice she’d give to others embarking on their first vocal audition. Below are her answers:

  • Sometimes it’s better to opt for a simple song. Especially if it’s your first vocal audition, it’s best to choose something that is easier to grasp, that you’re sure to nail than to gamble with a song that’s intricate, and could lead to mistakes that could cost you the part.

  • Make sure that the song is within your vocal range, and that you sing in a key that suits your voice. You may have to experiment a bit before you feel totally comfortable.

  • Choose a song that you enjoy. It’s easier to perform when you’re genuinely having fun with it.

  • Make sure you sell it. Your personality is as important as your vocal skills.

  • If there’s a pianist, feel free to talk briefly to him or her to discuss the tempo, or any other concerns you may have.

  • If you’re bringing your music, make sure that it’s cued and ready to go.

Check out Star Search Casting for vocal auditions http://www.StarSearchCasting.com. These are some great tips, so go ahead and put them to good use!

Hollywood Terminology: What’s A Table Read?

When you begin working in Hollywood, there will be lots of terms that you’ll hear that you may not be familiar with. Terms like blocking (the physical movements by the actors and the camera in a scene) or dailies (screening of unedited footage) are constantly thrown around and you’ll have to quickly become familiar with the terminology of Hollywood.

Once you book a role, you don’t always simply show up to the set, film your scene and then wrap. There can be lots of other steps in the process, depending on the magnitude of the project. One term - and process - that you’ll want to become familiar with is the “table read.”

As a performer, it’s easy to become fixated on your specific role in a production. But it’s important to take the big picture into consideration. A production requires cooperation, teamwork and creative contributions from everyone involved in order to produce a successful project. A table read is a great way for the writers, actors, producers and director to make sure that the script flows, and to determine if any edits are required. It’s important that this process is completed before shooting begins in order to save money and time.

Once the script is completed, everyone gathers in a room to act the script out – typically while sitting at a table. It’s an opportunity for the writers to hear the script out loud, and see what works and what doesn’t. The actors read the entire script and after they’re finished, the writers can take the notes they’ve made and apply them to the script. The script is then revised and redistributed to the cast and crew!

Don’t you just love the creative process! Want to learn more? Continue to read my blogs and visit our online forums ( http://Forums.EliteCastingNetwork.com ) for helpful “How To” information and other industry tips.

Sometimes this is easily done. But unfortunately, it’s not uncommon for conflict to break out and drama – the kind that’s not scripted - to ensue.

Whether you’re a new or seasoned actor, conflict on the set can cost you jobs, your reputation and eventually your career. When Isaiah Washington engaged in a heated argument with cast members on the set of Grey’s Anatomy, the situation escalated, spilled over into the media and eventually resulted in the actor’s termination.

It’s important to remember that no matter what, you’ve been hired to do a job – which means you should strive for professionalism at all times. Your career will be far more successful if you develop a reputation as someone who’s easy to get along with and works will with others.

Here are a few ways to avoid conflict when you begin your Hollywood career:

  • Don’t discuss issues with the cast and crew while you’re angry. If you become upset, excuse yourself from the set and take some time to calm down.
  • Don’t chastise other members of the cast and crew. If someone is causing a problem, advise the director or producer and let him or her handle the matter.
  • Be a team player – it’s not just about you.
  • Be considerate of others on the set, regardless of their position or role.
  • Leave business related issues, such as salary, to your agent or manager to handle.
  • Remember when your mother said, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.” That’s definitely a rule to live by on set.

Picking A Monologue

Every actor should have a monologue that they can perform for agents, managers or casting directors. It’s a great tool to showcase your talent, and impress industry professionals who are in a position to help you take your career to the next level. It’s very important that you put a lot of thought into selecting a monologue. You’ll need to commit it to memory and rehearse it until it’s perfect – which will take a lot of work. So you want to make sure you pick something really great the first time around.

You’re probably wondering how you go about picking a monologue that helps you shine. Here are a few tips that will help:

  • Pick a monologue that showcases your strengths. If you’re great at comedy, then pick a comedic monologue. If you’re a dynamic dramatic actor, then you’ll want to pick something that allows you to show your dramatic range.

  • Make sure your monologue is age appropriate. While you might do a really great job at portraying an 80 year-old woman when you’re only 16, you want to pick a role that you could actually book in the real world.

  • If you select a monologue that’s an excerpt from a full-length script, be sure to read the entire script to completely familiarize yourself with the character.

  • While you want to standout, don’t opt for monologues with foul language or make use of obscene gestures. You want to wow your audience, not offend them.

  • Shy away from monologues that require you to use a dialect for the duration of the performance, especially when performing for agents or managers.

Once you’ve selected your monologue and mastered it, it’s time to start performing it! Take a look at the list of managers and agents on our website ( www.StarSearchCasting.com ) - we’ve got thousands located all over the U.S. and they’re waiting for you to blow them away! Be sure to let us know how it goes!

Give It Your Best Shot

When you think of your favorite model, words like glamorous or natural beauty probably come to mind. And that can be intimidating if you’re interested in pursuing a career in modeling. You might be wondering if you have the natural talent to make it. Or if your flaws will hinder your success.

Stop worrying. Most models look so flawless and naturally beautiful because they’ve worked hard to overcome the challenges their flaws present through extensive preparation and camouflaging. So relax. Here are a few tips from the pros to give you an edge and help you take flawless photos that will wow agencies and clients:

  • Practice posing in the mirror often to figure out the best angles of your body and face and then use those poses when you’re shooting with your photographer.

  • Make sure you understand what type of image the photographer is trying to capture so that you’re able to nail it.

  • Use your assets. If you have really great hair, learn how to use it to create creative poses.

  • If you have a broad nose, avoid poses where your head is tilted down when facing the camera. Instead, turn your head at an angle and learn to use your eyes to engage the camera, and take attention away from your nose.

  • If you’re not very curvy, arching your back can help you to accentuate your bust, creating a curvier look.

  • If you have wide hips, turn your hips but keep your shoulders and head facing the camera to get a slimmer look.

Whether you’re taking test shots for your portfolio, or you’ve booked a photo shoot, there are lots of trade secrets you can utilize to help you give it your best shot. Go here http://Forums.StarSearchCasting.com to visit the forums on our website and network with other models to get more tips on taking great photos.

PERSONAL STYLE: Does it help or hinder your chances?

Most people explore jobs in entertainment because they love creative self-expression. They are generally outgoing and unique individuals that love the opportunity to shine. Additionally, they often have a distinctive personal style, with an eye-catching wardrobe that often gets them noticed wherever they go.

Personal style is great. But you have to know when and when not to rely on your style during an audition or meeting with an agency. While distinctive hair, makeup and clothing can be a useful tool to get attention, it’s not always appropriate when seeking a job in the entertainment industry.

Style tip for actors:

If you’re an actor going to an audition, you want to make sure that your look compliments the role you’re auditioning for. If you’re auditioning for the role of a businessman, you don’t want to show up in baggy jeans and a football jersey.

Style tip for dancers:

When you’re auditioning, you want to stand out, but you don’t want your outfit to distract from you performance. A bright leotard with a distinctive design will probably do the trick.

Style tip for models:

When you’re meeting with an agent, come in as a blank slate. You don’t want to appear overdone. Avoid high heels so that they can see how tall you really are. Where clothes that compliment your shape, but be careful not to wear anything that might appear inappropriate.

Style tip for singers:

When executives in the recording arts industry are evaluating singers, one of the main questions they ask themselves is, “Can this person sell records?” Image is often as important as talent. Therefore, feel free to be trendy, but make sure your style has a wide appeal. Think of what an artist your age might where on MTV’s TRL, but with your own personal flair. You don’t want to duplicate someone else’s style, but you do want to be marketable.

Ready to put these style tips to the test? Visit http://www.StarSearchCasting.com today and check out the auditions and casting calls!

Star Search Casting Now Serves More Than 235,000 Members

More than 235,000 actors, models, singers and dancers have joined Star Search Casting and the membership base continues to grow.

(HOLLYWOOD) – Star Search Casting ( http://www.starsearchcasting.com), the #1 casting site on the internet, now serves more than 235,000 members. The website’s membership base is comprised of actors, models, singers and dancers from the United States and around the globe. Every day SSC members are successfully making their mark on the entertainment industry, and thanks to their testimonials and the website’s solid reputation among entertainment industry executives, the number of Star Search Casting members continues to grow.

Actors, singers, dancers and models of all ages and ethnicities have achieved record success from using Star Search Casting to attain jobs in the entertainment industry. Each week the website is flooded with testimonials from members who have gotten closer to their dreams of becoming a Hollywood star by landing agents and managers, and booking roles on major television networks and the silver screen. And each week, more and more actors, singers, dancers and models continue to join the http://StarSearchCasting.com/index.php website in order to seek the same success.

“The number of members has grown substantially,” says Jonathan Parker, founder of Star Search Casting, Inc. “I think one of the primary reasons is because many of the industry’s top casting directors, talent agents and managers, and other entertainment industry professionals use the site consistently to find new talent and the word is spreading quickly.”

Another reason is that Star Search Casting attracts so many members is that it offers invaluable services and resources. Actors, singers, dancers and models not only get access to auditions and casting calls from major networks and production companies, but they also get to network with other actors, singers, dancers and models in the community forums and get expert advice from the website’s talent consultant.

Additionally, Star Search Casting offers its members premium opportunities to showcase their talent on the website. Models can post up to 100 photos on their profile to showcase their versatility. Singers can upload three audio files to showcase their vocal range and style. Actors and dancers can display their skills by uploading three video files of their best work. No other website gives actors, dancers, singers and models this amount of exposure in one central location.

Actors, singers, dancers and models rely on maximum exposure to advance their careers. Star Search Casting provides not only maximum exposure, but also resources, opportunities and valuable information in a safe, user-friendly, online environment. The website has become so successful that actors, singers, dancers and models from all over the world now use Star Search Casting to find opportunities in film, television, theater, modeling, dance, the recording arts industry and more.
